Administrative Support Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Royal Automobile Club is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Membership and the Pall Mall House Committee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management for the Head of Membership
- Organisation of Committee events across both clubhouses
- Assisting with organisation of board papers, board meetings and official Club events
- Preparing agendas, collating and distributing papers
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to nine activity groups
- Attending Pall Mall Committee meetings to take minutes
- Setting up and transcribing recorded meetings into minutes or actions
- Dealing with correspondence both email and mail
Requirements:
- Must have experience taking minutes
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
- High level of confidentiality
