At Lloyd Recruitment - Epsom, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our Project Director and field-based contractors. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting multiple large-scale projects with varying day-to-day elements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for contractors
  • Log expenses for contractors and ensure timely payment
  • Manage the Project Director's email inbox and respond to queries
  • Assist the team in obtaining and chasing outstanding information
  • Liaise with the accounts department regarding payments and invoices
  • Onboard new contractors, issue contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Exit contractors and obtain necessary documentation
  • Obtain proof of RTW and supporting information for contractors
  • Support Health & Safety initiatives and maintain relevant documentation
