Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Learning and Development Administrator to join our team at Optima Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing competency matrices, planning and conducting training sessions, and administering task rotations to support skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Competency Matrices: Develop and manage competency matrices to assess skills and identify learning gaps.
  2. Plan and Conduct Training Sessions: Plan, conduct, and document training sessions based on competency needs.
  3. Administer Task Rotations: Administer task rotations to support skill development.
  4. Identify Training Needs: Identify training needs using data from complaints, call reviews, and feedback, and provide targeted solutions.
  5. Design Learning Materials: Design, centralise, and maintain learning materials.
  6. Deliver Training: Deliver training on industry, products, and skills across teams.
  7. Coach and Mentor: Coach and mentor agents to improve performance.
  8. Implement Induction Programs: Create and implement induction and learning programs.
  9. Build Trainer Network: Build a trainer support network for collaboration and consistency.
  10. Evaluate Training Programs: Evaluate and improve training programs regularly.

Person Specification:

  1. Strong Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills.
  2. Coaching and Facilitation: Skilled in coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration.
  3. Training Material Design: Experienced in creating engaging training materials with blended learning methods.
  4. Curiosity and Analytical Skills: Naturally curious and eager to learn, with analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  5. Quick Learner: Quick to grasp new concepts.
  6. IT and Training Needs Analysis: Proficient in IT and training needs analysis.
  7. Team Player: Team player with experience in fast-paced customer service.
  8. Regulated Environment Experience: Financial services or regulated environment experience (preferred).
