Location: Epsom, Hybrid Working | Job Type: Permanent Contract | Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Digital Learning Lead to join our team at Nuffield Health. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilise your expertise in digital learning and development to drive innovative programmes that facilitate realisation of the Learning Foundation's strategy.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the management of Nuffield Health's digital learning portfolio. Key responsibilities include working in partnership with the Learning Foundation's leadership team to drive the digital learning agenda, promoting the use of innovative technologies, and overseeing the design and development of high-quality digital learning solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • A Degree (or equivalent) with a solid track record of designing and delivering innovative digital learning and development programmes.
  • Level 3 AET (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience of learning platform management (working knowledge of Kallidus would be advantageous) and ideally learner experience platform experience.
  • Good understanding of a variety of IT platforms that will aid in delivering digital learning (e.g. MS Applications, SharePoint, Vimeo, etc.)
  • Proficiency in the use of advanced authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva etc.). Expertise in designing in Storyline, with ability to develop the wider team's capability).
  • A track record in creating digital learning that is accessible and inclusive.
  • Proven Management Skills - planning, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, delegation,
