As our Learning and Development Consultant Regulatory you will have significant experience in quality and compliance, regulatory training, and learning and development. You demonstrate the ability to design, implement, and manage quality assurance processes effectively. With excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in data analytics throughout the training cycle, you possess an in-depth understanding of mandatory training requirements specific to healthcare organisations.

As the Learning and Development Consultant Regulatory you will have experience leading a team and strong skills in creating accessible and inclusive learning strategies. You are adept at evaluating quality, impact and effectiveness, along with planning and managing multiple projects. Experienced in presenting to diverse audiences, you also excel in stakeholder management, particularly in engaging senior stakeholders. Your communication skills are outstanding, supported by evidence of relevant qualifications or training.

As our Learning and Development Consultant Regulatory, you will:

• Manage the Charitys regulatory training requirements to ensure the safe and effective delivery of service and the welfare of patients, customers, and colleagues

• Lead Quality and Training Compliance, supporting Professional development activities and the quality agenda of Clinical Education Team

• Line manage the Learning Foundation (LF) Coordinator – Data & Compliance

• Have oversight of local training budget expenditure

• Be responsible for the compliance with mandatory and regulatory training, focusing on Resuscitation (Resus), Safeguarding and Health and Safety

• Support additional learning activities as required
