Role Overview

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading play and learning activities, developing daily routines and schedules, recording progress and observing children's development, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Key benefits include 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, 2 weeks Christmas closure, free hot lunchtime meals, discounted childcare, market supplement available based on skills, experience, and qualifications, and a welcome bonus of £500 for Level 3 and £250 for Level 2.

Responsibilities

The estimated salary for this position is around £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on the level of qualification and experience.
