Job Title: Education Support Professional

We are looking for a skilled Education Support Professional to join our team at Protocol Education. As a key member of our staff, you will provide support to students in various educational settings, including EYFS, SEN, KS1, KS2, Primary, and Nursery settings.

Job Duties:
  • Assist with classroom activities and learning tasks to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to implement individualised education plans that cater to students' unique needs.
  • Support students with special educational needs to access the curriculum and provide a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English.
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.

Education:
  • Relevant qualifications in education or childcare.

Experience:
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Experience in supporting learning across different age groups.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of EYFS, SEN, and Primary curriculum.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent at a later date.
