About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team at Willen Hospice. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our corporate fundraising by growing new business income and delivering exceptional client service.

This is a full-time position (35 hours, 12 months Fixed Term Contract) that requires strong organisational, sales, networking, and relationship-building skills. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a business development role is essential, with strong CRM and LinkedIn social media experience highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow new business income through corporate fundraising
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide excellent client service and support
  • Work closely with the fundraising team to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships
