Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Partner to join our team at Zoho Corporation Europe. As a key member of our UK operations, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships across the region.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position that requires you to work from our Milton Keynes office for at least 2 days a week. You will be responsible for managing relationships with our Zoho partners in the UK, ensuring their success and growth through effective account management and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Zoho partners, engaging with them regularly to understand their business needs, challenges, and growth objectives.
  • Sales & Business Development: Assist partners with sales efforts, collaborating with product teams to drive feature releases and supporting partners to acquire new customers, negotiate sales deals, and manage product trial extensions.
  • Partner Support & Enablement: Organize partner training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance product knowledge and drive better sales outcomes, providing timely support to partners and resolving escalations related to products and services.
  • Administration & Reporting: Oversee partner account administration, including commission management and tracking partner performance, maintaining up-to-date partner records, and generating regular reports on partner engagement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in partner management, account management, or business development, preferably in a SaaS or IT company in the UK.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, cloud, and business software solutions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail, and collaborating on co-marketing campaigns.
