KIKO MILANO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated KIKO Ambassador to lead our store teams. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer experience, sales, and business results in our stores.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, customer service, and sales skills, with a minimum of 4 years of retail management experience. You will lead and coach staff to deliver exceptional results and ensure all procedures are followed.

Main Responsibilities:

People Management

  • Create a high-performance environment that fosters motivation and low staff turnover.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and support staff to deliver an engaging customer experience and meet business goals.
  • E nsure all store planning and annual leave align with business needs.
  • Train staff on products, make-up application techniques, and selling skills to deliver the KIKO customer experience.
  • Conduct regular reviews and appraisals for direct reports.

Customer Experience / Business Management

  • Monitor business KPIs and set action plans to achieve goals, updating the Area Manager on market trends.
  • Deliver business objectives as defined with the Area Manager (customer experience, sales, Opex).
  • Prioritize actions to maximize impact on goals and develop a quarterly action plan for the store.
  • Complete BeKIKO dossiers, quizzes, and training elements.
  • Consistently monitor business KPIs (LFL progression, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket, Stock-loss).

Procedures & Policies Execution

  • Ensure stores comply with all KIKO standards and procedures.
  • Guarantee compliance with store procedures (KIKO STORE BOOK).
  • Execute promotional calendars effectively.
  • Achieve operational procedure adherence in-store and ensure compliance.
  • Regularly review procedures and address any issues immediately in line with Corporate policies.
  • Required qualifications include retail management experience of at least 4 years, preferably as a Store Manager, along with leadership, customer service, sales, merchandising knowledge, inventory management ability, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and flexibility in work hours.

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
