Job Summary

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Broker to join our Financial Lines team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end Reinsurance placement process, providing technical and administrative support to the Account Executive team, and processing placements to ensure timely invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with various company functions and management team to ensure seamless Reinsurance placement process
  • Provide technical and administrative support to the Account Executive team in placing and servicing Facultative Reinsurance
  • Process placements and liaise with offshore teams to ensure timely invoicing
  • Generate and review contractual documentation, including contract wordings, endorsements, invoices, and evidence of cover
  • Resolve queries received from clients and reinsurers, liaising with colleagues as necessary
  • Collect and analyze data for market submissions and presentations
  • Work in accordance with Aon's Risk Management Framework and comply with company policies

Requirements

  • Prior experience in insurance and/or reinsurance brokerage, preferably in the Financial Lines sector
  • Excellent data analysis and processing skills, with attention to detail
  • Great communication and teamworking skills, with knowledge of languages such as Italian, Greek, or Spanish a plus
  • Data analysis abilities and knowledge of financial institutions sector
  • Good IT competency, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment and customer orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
