Our client, a respected global insurance broking group, is seeking to expand their Reinsurance team based in the City of London. The role involves managing a diverse property & casualty portfolio with proportional & non-proportional contracts. The position is open for a Treaty Reinsurance Broker or a Reinsurance Technician looking to advance in their career with training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive portfolio management services.
  • Build strong client relationships and understand their needs.
  • Develop reinsurance programs tailored to client requirements.
  • Identify suitable markets locally and internationally.
  • Prepare market broking documentation and lead negotiations with reinsurers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in treaty reinsurance within the Syndicate or Company market.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Resourceful, innovative, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
