About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to join our Weymouth and Portland Community Mental Health Team. As a member of our team, you will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients with serious mental illness.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred, evidence-based interventions to aid recovery* Develop your skills in evidence-based therapeutic interventions in psychological therapies as well as advanced nursing* Work collaboratively within our Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team* Maintain and develop effective links and sound communication with the Inpatient and Crisis Service* Participate in mentorship and staff induction and in-service training when necessary

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

Location: Weymouth and Portland area
