Community Mental Health Specialist

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an experienced Community Mental Health Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time role, working 22.5 hours across the week, with flexible working arrangements.
Job Summary:
- Responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality person-centered services with a focus on integrated care.
- Act as a champion for clinical standards and for continuous improvement in the service user experience.
- Contribute to the planning and design of services in line with Trust, locality, and government objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and operational advice, leadership, and support to ensure the needs of the service are met.
- To contribute to the planning and design of services in line with Trust, locality, and government objectives.
- Collaborate with Primary Care and VCSE Sector to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:
- Awareness of National and Local transformation work.
- Experience of working in a Band 6 role or equivalent clinical experience.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a community mental health setting.
- Evidence of ability to work proactively and effectively with Primary Care and VCSE Sector.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
