At NHS England, we are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Clinical Leadership and Education Director for Haematology. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of high-quality services in the NHS.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in clinical and educational settings. They will be responsible for providing expert advice on specialty-specific matters, implementing quality frameworks, and developing educational programs that support achievement of curriculum competencies.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders at local, regional, and national levels to deliver integrated workforce development and commissioning strategies. You will also contribute to the development of innovative ways to improve learner supervision, assessment, and experience, as well as engagement of faculty and effective educational outcomes.

This is a secondment opportunity, and applicants from within the NHS will be considered. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, which is estimated to be around £63,000 - £87,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
