**Job Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for delivering safe and effective clinical services within specialties, achieving performance and patient access targets.

Provide managerial leadership to ensure the effective functioning of specialties.

Manage human resource, financial resource, clinical governance, and business planning arrangements.

Contribute to the strategic development of services within the trust.

**Requirements**

Dynamic and innovative individual driven by excellence.

Strong understanding of all aspects surrounding RTT, patient access, and the wider UEC agenda.

Keen to develop both yourself and the service for the benefit of patients.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
