Clinical Director of Mental Health Services

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Director of Mental Health Services to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. This is a highly demanding yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, management experience, and expertise in mental health nursing.
About the RoleAs a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership across the hospital, ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation, and delivering against quality key performance indicators. You will work closely with the Hospital Director, taking on leadership duties in their absence, and helping to create a caring, supportive, and safe environment for patients and team members.
You can expect to lead a team of professionals, develop strategies to meet patient needs, balance budgets, and contribute to the overall success of the hospital. This role may require occasional weekend, bank holiday, and out-of-hours working, as well as participation in an on-call rota.
