We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Mental Health Nursing and Leadership Expert to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership across the hospital, ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation, and delivering against quality key performance indicators.

About the Position

As a leader in mental health nursing, you will have a deep understanding of the complexities of patient care and be able to develop strategies to meet their needs. You will work closely with the Hospital Director, taking on leadership duties in their absence, and helping to create a caring, supportive, and safe environment for patients and team members.

You can expect to lead a team of professionals, develop strategies to meet patient needs, balance budgets, and contribute to the overall success of the hospital. This role may require occasional weekend, bank holiday, and out-of-hours working, as well as participation in an on-call rota.

Compensation Package
