Job Details

We are seeking an experienced NHS Specialist Nurse to join our Adult Community Mental Health Services team. This role offers the opportunity to work with adults with complex mental health issues, providing specialist interventions and care delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with experience in assessing and managing clinical risk. They will also possess effective communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management abilities.

This role involves developing and leading staff through appraisal and clinical supervision, as well as participating in the development of staff. You will be working within a dynamic team that values diversity, promotes equality, and challenges discrimination.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £43,141 to £70,305 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide an enhanced leave package, health and wellbeing support, and opportunities for professional development.

Role Requirements

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with Part III or 13 of NMC live register.
  • Post-registration/graduate diploma or equivalent experience in related work area.
