Clinical Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Learning Disability or Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Leadership Specialist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing clinical and professional leadership to our nurses and healthcare assistants. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to developing the skills and expertise of our team.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and professional leadership to our nurses and healthcare assistants
- Support the Unit Manager and Clinical Leads in developing and implementing policies and protocols
- Contribute to the development of service and practice, ensuring that our care is patient-centered and evidence-based
