Job Title: Cardiology Training Programme Director

NHS England is seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Cardiology Training Programme Director. This position is a critical component of our organization's commitment to delivering high-quality services for all.

The Cardiology Training Programme Director will be responsible for ensuring high standards of education and training as defined by the General Medical Council and other national bodies. This includes commitment to national vision, policies, and processes for effective educational quality management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology and a proven track record of leadership and management. They will be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including postgraduate deans, head of schools, and clinical faculty, to ensure effective educational outcomes.

The Cardiology Training Programme Director will also be responsible for developing an effective network of communication and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders on a local, regional, and national basis. This includes working with practices and schemes, associate and deputy deans, clinical faculty, and other heads of schools.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to national vision, policies, and processes for effective educational quality management. They will also be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure effective educational outcomes.
