Are you a motivated and experienced revenue manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Revenue Executive to join our team at EasyHotel.

This is a key role within the company, responsible for driving revenue growth through market intelligence, commercial analysis, decision support, pricing implementation and inventory management.

The key objectives of this role include:

  • To analyse the performance of the cluster and identify areas for improvement
  • To develop and implement strategies to increase revenue
  • To manage the RMS for the cluster and ensure effective inventory management
  • To take daily decisions on pricing, group quotations and distribution channels to optimise hotel turnover

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year experience of working in a Revenue Manager position
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive results
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Working knowledge of RMS systems
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically

We offer a competitive salary package of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, including benefits such as 8% Employer Pension contribution, Life Insurance, 24hour Employee Assistance Programme, Hybrid working Policy, 25 days per year holiday and Discounted hotel rooms for self, friends and family.
