About the Role

As Cluster Director of Sales, you will support the Regional Director of Sales for Europe and the General Managers of the London properties. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in key segments including Business Transient, Business Group, and TMC partnerships.

  • Drive the entire sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Lead and manage hotel sales teams, setting strategies and KPIs to achieve targets.
  • Plan, implement, and review annual Commercial Action Plans aligned with revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, industry partners, and customers.
  • Monitor market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and driving change to maintain competitive market share.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards.

What We Offer
