Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

Job Description:

Role Summary:

This role requires an experienced sales and marketing professional who can develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for two luxurious London properties. You will oversee the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution of strategies driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Oversee the Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution of strategies driving business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with major stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive previous experience in sales & marketing within the London Hotels market with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
  • Advanced skills in sales pipeline management & business development
  • Strong financial acumen, with a goal-oriented approach
