Sales & Revenue Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Revenue Management professional to join our team at Cycas Hospitality.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Revenue team and Cluster Director of Sales to set sales strategies and drive commercial action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust sales plan for the property with key internal stakeholders.
  • Drive Market Share and revenue performance for the property.
  • Partner with Cluster Director of Sales to maximize group level accounts and segments.
  • Manage, coach & develop a sales culture for the property.
  • Present and contribute during monthly owner's and budget meetings on key actions undertaken.
