Job Description


This role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to operational excellence. As an ESG Procurement Specialist, you will engage in impactful projects promoting sustainability, diversity, and operational efficiency across a global remit.




  • Strategic Collaboration: Engage with global stakeholders to champion vendor diversity, drive sustainability initiatives, and achieve net-zero targets.
  • Risk Management: Play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating environmental and human rights risks within the supply chain.
  • Net Zero Initiatives: Lead the charge on sustainability projects by collecting and analysing data, implementing strategic plans, and reducing emissions.
  • Sustainability Reporting: Oversee sustainability data management, benchmark performance metrics, and compile detailed reports.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Embed or implement change/transformation policies.
  • Work autonomously and show a proactive mentality.
  • Manage relationships with local/global teams.


Required Background


A Procurement, Operations, or Supply Chain professional with a passion for Sustainability. Exposure to managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and supplier diversity is beneficial. Experience of embedding or implementing change/transformation policies is highly desirable.
