**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the daily allocation of tower crane operatives, lifting supervisors, slinger/signallers and other members of the lifting teams, to ensure placement based on project requirements and personnel skill sets.
Operative liaison - first point of contact with effective communication ensuring that all operatives are supported and have a focal point for health, well-being and assistance.

- Handle logístical aspects of team deployments, including starting packs, operative familiarisation and inductions.
Monitor and manage attendance, punctuality and holiday leave of staff, promptly arranging cover for absences to minimise disruption to project timelines.
Manage administrative tasks including the accurate completion of timesheets, maintaining personnel records, processing associated documents and database management.
Communicate effectively with project site teams and site supervisors to align resources with changing project demands.
Prepare reports and presentations on resource allocation and team performance for upper management.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies among team members.

**Qualifications and Skills**
Excellent self-organisation, attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed (essential)
- IT experience in Microsoft Office packages such as full office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Forms, Adobe Acrobat Pro and other software platforms (essential)
- Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
- Discretion and confidentiality (GDPR)
- Gracious and friendly manner
