Job Summary:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants to support the development of young children in a well-established pre-school in Lancaster. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a passionate and experienced team.

  • Support children in achieving their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with young children (preferably in a pre-school or early years setting).
  2. A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Education is desirable, but not essential.
  3. A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting children's development.
  4. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
