Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £52,500-£67,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including training and development opportunities.

Job Description

As a Children's Home Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people. You will work closely with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a strong background in child care and management. You will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the needs of vulnerable young people.
