Support Staff for Student Development

We are seeking a Support Staff for Student Development to join our team at Veritas Education Recruitment Ltd. As an integral part of our support staff, you will play a vital role in the social, emotional, and academic development of our Early Years and KS1 pupils.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children in this age range and a strong understanding of child development and the Early Years/KS1 curriculum. You will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Early Years and KS1 pupils in achieving their full potential.
- Lead small group interventions to enhance pupil progress.
- Support the implementation of the school curriculum and learning strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience working with Early Years and KS1 children.
- A strong understanding of child development and the Early Years/KS1 curriculum.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
