Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Safeguarding and Welfare: Providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

Classroom Support: Assisting teachers with lessons, activities, and assessments.

Communication: Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.

Continuous Professional Development: Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Salary: £12.50 per hour (paid weekly via PAYE).
