Nursery Leadership and Development Manager

This is a full-time position with a salary of £39,605 per annum, based in Lancaster.
The nursery offers a secure and stimulating outdoor space, surrounded by trees, with excellent transport links.
- Above industry standard salary, with annual salary reviews

- Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience within an Early Years leadership role (ideally as a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or similar)
- Participation in a regulatory inspection leading to a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' outcome
- Developing high performance teams with effective regulatory compliance, quality improvement, delivery of high quality pedagogy, innovation and service excellence
- Decision making, supporting change, and understanding complex relationship between business/commerce and service excellence within a regulated setting
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and wider legislative requirements for working with children
- Building trust and strong working relationships with colleagues, parents and external partners
