Nursery Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Lancaster Day Nursery and Preschool as a Nursery Lead Educator. This exciting role offers the chance to work with children aged 0-5 years, helping them achieve their full potential.

As a Nursery Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities tailored to each child's needs. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, promoting child welfare, protection, and safety.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, previous experience working with children, and a passion for making learning fun and engaging. A strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and maintain strong parent/carer partnerships.
