Childcare Services Manager

Are you an experienced Early Years leader looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional childcare services and leading high-performing teams? We're seeking a Nursery Manager to join our team at Bright Horizons Lancaster Day Nursery and Preschool.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly rated nursery (Outstanding Ofsted) with excellent transport links and a stimulating outdoor space. You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary of £39,605 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including a £2,000 bonus for achieving Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
As Nursery Manager, you'll lead our teams to deliver outstanding care to all children in your setting. You'll work closely with Recruitment and HR to ensure our nursery is fully recruited and diverse, and you'll act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery and managing safeguarding and child protection policies.
We're looking for someone with a strong track record of developing high-performance teams, managing regulatory compliance, and delivering quality pedagogy. You'll need to have a deep understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
