About You:

  • You will have a teaching qualification such as PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed or equivalent.">
  • Occupational competence in a residential childcare setting is essential.">
  • A qualification in Residential Childcare up to Level 5 is required.">
  • You will be willing to undertake relevant training or qualifications to stay at the forefront of the field.">
  • A UK driver's license with access to your own vehicle is necessary.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Empower learners with knowledge of the residential childcare sector throughout their apprenticeship journey.">
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, provide tailored support and guidance to ensure learner success.">
  • Develop crucial skills in learners, focusing on Mathematics and English proficiency.">
  • Nurture a caseload of 40 learners, ensuring they achieve success at their End-Point Assessment (EPA).">
  • Plan and implement teaching and learning activities with a robust assessment process.">
  • Regularly review progress, adapt coaching strategies to meet learner needs.">
  • Provide valuable information, advice, and guidance to support holistic development.">
  • Efficiently manage E-Portfolios for all learners.">

About the Salary:
