Nursery Leadership Opportunity:

We are looking for a seasoned Early Years professional to lead our Bright Horizons Lancaster Day Nursery and Preschool. Our nursery boasts a robust reputation, having achieved an Outstanding rating from Ofsted, with a scenic outdoor space that provides ample opportunities for play and learning.

About the Job:

  • This leadership role will be based at our Bright Horizons Lancaster Day Nursery and Preschool, where you will have the opportunity to shape the future of early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and education to all children.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve nursery performance, focusing on enhancing the overall quality of care and education.
  3. Mentor and coach members of the nursery team, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to share best practices and drive innovation.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining the nursery's Outstanding rating.

About You:

  • You should hold a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • You will have a proven track record of leadership experience within an Early Years setting, preferably in a senior management role.
  • You will have participated in regulatory inspections leading to an Outstanding rating.
