Global Business Development Director

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical graduate with sales experience to transition into international sales. As a Senior International Sales Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing the company's main distributor network in EMEA, crafting business plans, and driving sales expansion. Your role will involve international travel, assisting resellers in closing substantial capital deals with key clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
* Formulate and execute strategic plans to accelerate sales growth in EMEA
* Supervise the company's primary distributor network, ensuring seamless cooperation and optimal returns
* Foster and maintain robust relationships with customers, specifiers, and channel partners
* Identify and capitalize on fresh business prospects, utilizing your expertise in intricate negotiations and stakeholder management
Requirements:
* Established record of success in technical sales, ideally within the medical field
* In-depth comprehension of buyer trends and procurement channels
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to operate independently and remotely
* A dynamic, polished, professional demeanor is essential
