We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader and Business Development Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading sales efforts, developing business strategies, and driving revenue growth in the healthcare segment.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Mentor and develop pre-sales teams to refine sales processes and value propositions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the sales organization.

Requirements:

  • 18-20 years of experience in sales leadership and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $270,000 - $300,000. In addition to a competitive salary, Everise provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include commission earnings and other benefit programs.
