The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the ELT team with administration, scheduling, logistics, communication, and confidential tasks. This includes meeting coordination, project and initiative support, stakeholder management, travel arrangements, event support, and office management.

  • Prior experience as an EA in a Tier 1/2 private equity portfolio company is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Teams and other office systems is necessary.
  • A confident and effective communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels.
