About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a Senior People Advisor - Global HR Expert. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting employees and managers across the organization on a broad scope of people processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide process support and advisory on global HR processes, including responsibility as a champion or process expert for one or several global people processes.
- Advise managers on employment policies and guidance in their region, based on knowledge of labor law and HR processes in multiple countries.
- Guide employees and managers on the best use of HR technology, including ServiceNow and Workday.
- Participate in HR processes, such as onboarding activities and people-related campaigns.
- Execute employee case management, including topics such as leave management.
- Provide and seek employment law advice on collective and individual cases.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and documents.
- Participate in HR projects as required.
About You
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with knowledge of global and local regulatory variations. You should have a customer service orientation and be able to translate business requirements into service delivery. Proficiency in using HR technology, preferably with Workday experience, is essential. You should also have strong English language skills and a relevant educational background.
