We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Advisor to join our HR department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting employees and managers across multiple regions, providing guidance on global HR processes, and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Global HR Process Support: Provide process support and advisory on global HR processes, including responsibility as a champion or process expert for one or several global people processes.
  2. Employment Policy Guidance: Advise managers on employment policies and guidance in their region, based on knowledge of labour law and HR processes in multiple countries.
  3. Technology Support: Guide employees and managers on the best use of ServiceNow, Workday, and other supporting technologies and resources.
  4. HR Process Participation: Participate actively in HR processes, such as onboarding activities and people-related campaigns.
  5. Employee Case Management: Execute employee case management, including topics such as leave management.
  6. Employment Law Advice: Provide and seek employment law advice on collective and individual cases and topics.
  7. HR Policy Development: Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and documents within their region.
  8. Project Participation: Participate in HR projects as required.
About You

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with knowledge of global and local regulatory variations, employee relations processes, and case management. You should have a customer service orientation, ability to translate business requirements into service delivery, and proficiency in using HR technology. As a person, you should be curious, customer-focused, and have a pragmatic approach to solving problems.
