Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing process support and advisory on global HR processes, including ASR, ESES, PDP, talent review, and succession planning.
  • Training and supporting regional teams in implementing these processes.
  • Advising managers on employment policies and guidance in their region, based on knowledge of labour law and HR processes.

Requirements:
