About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Advisor to join our HR department. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers across the organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing process support and advisory on global HR processes, including responsibility as a champion or process expert for one or several global people processes.
  • Advising managers on employment policies and guidance in their region, based on knowledge of labour law and HR processes in multiple countries.
  • Guiding employees and managers on the best use of HR technology and resources.
  • Active participation in HR processes, such as onboarding activities and people-related campaigns.
  • Execution of employee case management, including topics such as leave management.
  • Providing and seeking employment law advice on collective and individual cases.
  • Contribution to the development of HR policies, procedures, and documents.
  • Participation in HR projects and local or regional activities.

About You

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with knowledge of global and local regulatory variations. You should have a customer service orientation and ability to translate business requirements into service delivery.

Key qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of employee relations processes and case management.
  • Proficient in using HR technology, preferably with Workday experience.
  • Strong English language skills spoken and in writing.
  • Relevant educational background (university degree in a relevant field).
