Senior People Advisor

Are you passionate about helping managers and employees thrive in their roles? As a Senior People Advisor at Ramboll, you will play a key role in shaping our HR processes and ensuring that our employees have the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide process support and advisory on global HR processes, including ASR, ESES, PDP, talent review, and succession planning.
  • Offer guidance to managers on employment policies and labour law in multiple countries within their region.
  • Support employees and managers in using ServiceNow, Workday, and other HR technologies.
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and documents.
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure a cohesive HR approach.
Requirements:
  • Experience in HR generalist roles, with knowledge of global and local regulatory variations.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations processes and case management.
  • Proficiency in using HR technology, preferably with Workday experience.
  • Ability to work across cultures and in virtual teams.
  • Previous experience in a people function or similar relevant experience.
  • Strong English language skills, both spoken and written.
