Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Commercial Strategy: Align with the company's overall business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow the commercial team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis and Product Positioning: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with R&D, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across all commercial activities.
Requirements:
  • Senior Commercial Experience: Proven track record in driving commercial performance and operational efficiencies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Leadership and People Management: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
  • Education and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
