About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial to join our team at Plum Fintech. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy and growth across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion across Europe.
  • Lead the development of pricing strategies for our savings and investment products, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market trends.
  • Oversee the scaling of our operations in France and Greece, working closely with our cross-functional teams to drive growth and success.
  • Collaborate with our product, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of our commercial strategy.
  • Take a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging market research and analysis to inform our commercial strategy.

About You

  • You have a proven track record of owning and growing PnL of key B2C products, with a strong understanding of commercial and pricing strategies.
  • Experience in a B2C strong product-centric setting, with a deep knowledge of pricing economic fundamentals and methodologies.
  • You have a strong ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with product and engineering functions, as well as marketing and finance.
  • You have a proven ability to hire and mentor teams successfully, with a strong track record of driving growth and success in high-paced dynamic environments.
