Head of Commercial Strategy

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Commercial to join our team at Plum Fintech. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy and growth across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion across Europe.
- Lead the development of pricing strategies for our savings and investment products, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market trends.
- Oversee the scaling of our operations in France and Greece, two key markets for our business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
- Take a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging market research and analytics to inform commercial strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in owning and growing PnL of key B2C products, with a strong understanding of commercial and pricing strategies.
- Experience in a B2C strong Product-centric setting, with a deep understanding of pricing economic fundamentals and methodologies.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with a track record of successful hiring and mentoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate decision-making and drive collaboration across functions.
- Impact-driven, with a self-starter mindset and a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
