Material Evolution is poised for significant growth and innovation, and we are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial to lead our commercial strategy and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing commercial team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis & Product Positioning: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in driving commercial performance and operational efficiencies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience in building and scaling commercial teams, including managing contractors and vendors, with a focus on aligning technical capabilities to business needs.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
