We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth across Europe. As the Head of Commercial Strategy, you will be responsible for setting up our commercial and pricing practice from the ground up, focusing on subscription pricing, savings product pricing, and European expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and scalability.
  • Lead the pricing strategy for our savings and investment products, ensuring alignment with key teams and subscriber segments.
  • Oversee the expansion of our business in France and Greece, leveraging existing partnerships and driving growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to form key partnerships and drive business outcomes.
  • Take a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging competitor pricing strategies and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in owning and growing PnL of key B2C products, using commercial and pricing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of pricing economic fundamentals and methodologies.
  • Experience in international expansion projects and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of hiring and mentoring high-performing teams.
