**About the Role:**

We are looking for a talented Facilities & Internal Communications Manager to drive business growth by creating a productive and engaging workplace environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management and internal communications, with strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  1. Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for office operations and internal communications.
  2. Oversee the daily management of our Glasgow office, including staff welfare, security, and logistics.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, facilities management).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
